Thank you.....
I will add these.... do you guys think I will likely end up in court?.... I was hoping they will give up as it is such a silly time to argue about... but if it comes to it, I am more than happy to meet them in court (booked the time off already!),0 -
I asumme that there is no mention re:emailing the witness statement so it is okay for me to do so? I found the email address on Gov website... and addressed as 'to the Court Manager' (even if email is for 'enquiries').

UPDATE: just received an automated reply that it was OK for me to send documents online and not to resend them any other way. Okay, now the waiting game. Thanks to you lovely bunch of people for your attention and reassurance.1

ParkingEye might well discontinue. Let's see.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I just copied to the enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk email, as they received it OK when I send the defence that way.
The 'solicitor' did not provide her email in her letter and I was hoping not to spend any postage money on this... do younthink email to enforcement is enough @Coupon-mad?

Almost as easy as DCB cases!
I suspected ParkingEye wouldn't want a hearing re an alleged overstay of just 11 minutes, as it's so easy to defend.
WELL DONE!

Great to read you forced PE to discontinue.
As you experienced not receiving PPC's correspondence would you consider signing this online petition
https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/652355
Require communications from Private Parking companies to be traceable/trackable
PPCs always claim pcns/letters were sent but as you and many others find no evidence is produced by PPC to prove this.
PPCs can but CHOOSE NOT to provide proof of posting. We must press DLUHC to ensure they do in the new Parking Code of Practice. Please @Malami81 sign and share this petition
