Hello Everyone,
Somone bought insurance 3 weeks before expiry of current insurance.
Now that person got caught and issued 6 penalty point but they are not appeared on the licence yet.
Should that person inform new insurance company about penalty point or wait till they appear?

So they are in the period between accepting a renewal quote and the policy coming into force?
Have they actually had the conviction for the offence, or is it intended prosecution?
If the policy has already started, then what do the T&C's say? Some say you must tell them immediately, others at next renewal.0
