I started a call centre business. To avoid paying any utility costs I operate it from my local library. My 6 staff only take up a couple of the tables. The library staff have told me to stop using the library, but what can they do as it's for the public.9

And what would the OP do if people showed up for their academy with their own ball, joined in, but refused to pay? It's a public space so the OP can hardly ask them to leave.
