Car Insurance - Swiftcover - Major Technical Problem

I had a minor RTA on Thursday 18th January 2024 & since then I’ve been unable to process a claim. Ringing the number provided is futile. 

I’d like to know what is going on. Does anyone know? Swiftcover is owned by AXA.

Someone drove in to me.

That doesn't answer if Swiftcover is your insurer or the insurer of the person that hit you

Someone drove into me. The Swiftcover claims hub is now working I no longer have a problem.
