Metro Bank instant saving account displays the wrong rate?

Hello,
I've recently opened Metro Bank instant access saving account. The paperwork I received by email says it has a promotional rate of 5.22% AER/5.10% gross for a year, but in my app it displays only 5.10% AER, which is lower. Does anyone know if they pay the correct advertised rate of interest? I only opened it less than 2 weeks ago so I would expect the rate from the paperwork would still be the current rate, although the bank has since lowered its advertised rate for new customers.
