SmartSave Fixed 1 Year

I notice in the blurb it says you may only have one savings account (or words to that effect, don't have it in front of me).  As I already opened a 1 year fix a couple of months ago, does this mean I can't open another fix with SmartSave?
Edit - Actually I went through open an account, verified my details and it just took me to my existing account so I assume I can't.
