Is GBP a SEPA payment? What is the cheapest way to do?

Hi - I am a Turkish citizen residing in Turkey. I want to send 12.000 GBP to an investment firm in the UK. 

I have a swiss account and I can send the GBP from there. Sending GBP from Switzerland to a GBP account in UK can be considered as a SEPA payment? Otherwise what other options do I have? Or I can send Euro to a sepa account. But my investment firm does not have Euro account.

I have a GBP account in UK - It asks for "fast" payment. Does UK have fast payment?

This is the most common default system for bank transfers in UK, but with some daily and/or per transfer limits depending on the bank.

I believe that SEPA is only for Euro transfers, if you want to transfer GBP you'll need to make a SWIFT payment which will almost certainly be chargeable by the sending bank, and in some cases by the receiving bank. The UK Faster Payments system is only for transfers in GBP within the UK.
