Grant for personal individual project to help with cost of living

Hi I am just about able to pay living costs but my energy bill is creeping up. I have researched a project that would benefit my cost of living. If I was able to get a  personal individual grant to build a small solar battery backup system this would really help with my cost of living energy bill. I am looking for around £1000 to fund the project. This will really contribute to lowering my energy costs but i can not afford to build it without the help of a grant.
I have looked on my local council, Citizens Advice Bureau and the government grants options and there are nothing for individuals. I do not own my own property so grants from them are not available. I am really looking for some way to get a grant for the stress of cost of living for me and my family.
Thanks for any advice

You've posted in the welfare benefits section. This would be better in the energy section of the forum.

Most get very subscribed very quickly so it’s a bit of a forlorn  hope, but it can’t hurt to check.
And they tend to reset at the start of the financial year, so you might be able to see if there’s anything relevant in April.
