Renovation/extension insurance

Is there such a thing? i.e. can I buy a standalone policy to cover me during building an extension.
Our current insurer (Aviva) apparently doesn't offer cover for structural building works, so instead of cancelling (and paying a £50 fee), I was wondering if standalone policies exist.
If not, does anyone know of insurers that include cover during structural building work?
Thanks

You need to reach out to brokers, its a niche product and so not on aggregators etc1
