Complaint about DWP Staff

Thanks BoGoF. I'm not sure about moral satisfaction although I understand your point. I'm really quite under the weather at present and I'm thinking along the lines of: "If they are treating me like this (and, although upset, I think I can cope) what about other poor souls who are not too resourceful and just feel helpless?
It seem all too sad that the vulnerable in society can be 'walked over' by those in authority when there is not correction for the offending staff and no help for the ones needing help from DWP some of whom, for whatever reason, are ill equipped to cope.
Maybe that does come under moral satisfaction. I really appreciate the time you have taken to reply.

Like all public services DWP are massively under resourced. The staff you are dealing with are paid pence above minimum wage and are treated horribly by their employers. Run a service down, blame the poor employees and say privatisation is the answer. That is what is going on.
