Brand new car with intermittent faults. Need help!

Ok, we took delivery of a new car on 27/12/23. Since then we have had 2 intermittent faults. Car has gone back to the dealership for investigation.
basically they are saying that the diagnostics are not showing anything at all, but I know that sometimes the machine doesn’t show things.
i have been in touch with head office and even the ceo on X, but they seem unable to help and that they have to see the fault to be in a position to exchange the car for another new one.
we are seriously looking to go for full refund, which I understand we are entitled to do , but when I mentioned this to the manager, he said no.
i am beyond upset and not quite sure which way to turn.
any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Trading standards, CAB, go in hard, get it over with
is it on finance?.... another avenue
(i seem to recall if on finance you are buying it off the finance company)?
I had a Citroen, spent more time in the dealers than on the road, i was on first name terms with the recovery drivers
Once a month pains, ill let you decide what i called it
Was glad to throw it back at the finance at the first possible opportunity at a BCA branch and get the bus home, that didnt breakdown....0
