Unable to Access HSBC online

Anyone else unable to access their HSBC accounts online via pc, I can enter user name but it will not allow me to enter 6 digit digital secure key number, this has been on going now since 9.30 am yesterday, their helpline is next to useless.
I can access via phone app but that does not allow me to do everything I want to inc creating new savings accounts and they refuse to do this over the phone.

Which browser are you using? I had same issue yesterday using Safari. Chrome worked fine. Safari now working ok tonight.1

Hi thanks for reply, I am using Safari on and iMac and also Firefox neither worked, tried on MacBook Air and iPad and the same, when I spoke with HSBC today they finally admitted it was a global issue, but not every customer was affected, finally tonight at 6pm I was able to log in successfully after nearly 48 hours of not being able to.WastedWords said:Which browser are you using?
