    No, just await the directions from the court it has come to. Start gathering your evidence and re-reading the WS and exhibits section of the Newbies thread again, and the linked examples.

    18 months after driving into that bloody service station and today i got a letter to inform me the case has been discontinued! Thank you all for your help and guidance.  It really is much appreciated.  I feel angry that these people could be exploiting individuals who are not as knowledgeable as you guys.

    From memory i recall another thread that you invite defendants to make a note of their case once it's thrown out.  Is that correct?
