terms and conditions

1. Visit Bristol competition entries must be received by 14:00 on 25 January 2024.

 
2. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email.

3. You must be over 18 to enter. Prize winner must over 18.

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner being uncontactable within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

5. Prize includes one night stay for two people at Clayton Hotel Bristol between 2-4 February in a Deluxe Room, subject to availability. Plus, bed and breakfast and a three course meal at Everard’s Bar & Restaurant at the hotel.
 

6. Prize includes a feast for two at The Granary restaurant and cocktails at The Granary Club. Winner will receive a voucher for The Granary and Granary Club, which includes £100 to spend at The Granary and £50 voucher to spend at The Granary Club, or a £150 combined voucher which can be used in The Granary and The Granary Club. The voucher is valid for one year from date of issue and has no cash value.
 

7. Prize includes a £100 Love Bristol Gift Card voucher. Valid for one year from date of issue. Plus a four pack of limited edition Left Handed Giant x Bristol Light Festival beers, brewed exclusively to celebrate Bristol Light Festival, and two Bristol Light Festival light up umbrellas.

8. Prize does not include transport.  

9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

10. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prize-givers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.  

11. Employees of Visit West, prize givers and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering the competition.

12. Winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment.  

13. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.  

14. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible, or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.  

15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
