People keep referring to faulty goods, the OP didn't say anything about the item being faulty.

Actually both items are faulty, it's just one of the defects is not very noticeable.
I have contacted them over the phone, and the CS person had this unfriendly tone and he seemingly had a problem knowing what their T&C said about defected item return.
Thank you for the update - if you wish to deal with them directly, did you ask the CS person for an email address as that might be easier - and if it ends up a dispute you have a record of who said what when.
(I still suggest PayPal would probably be easier)

I did receive an email and I have sent the pictures of the defects already. I think, I'd give the brand for 2-3 weeks, then PayPal if the company fails to refund.
