Actually both items are faulty, it's just one of the defects is not very noticeable.
I have contacted them over the phone, and the CS person had this unfriendly tone and he seemingly had a problem knowing what their T&C said about defected item return.

Thank you for the update - if you wish to deal with them directly, did you ask the CS person for an email address as that might be easier - and if it ends up a dispute you have a record of who said what when.
(I still suggest PayPal would probably be easier)I'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.1 -

I did receive an email and I have sent the pictures of the defects already.
I think, I'd give the brand for 2-3 weeks, then PayPal if the company fails to refund.
