I did ring them, as I said I would, why are you getting offended/miserable that I said it didn't seem right, especially for a lot of people who may not be able to work round the issues.

The lady on the phone i got (yes that part was easy once i got a number, as stated I just rang a sales number) was helpful, she even asked me to raise a complaint about the issue, as, like i said, it wasn't there for me. She even waived my early cancellation fee as i had a month and a half to go apparently.

So get some manners.

Whenever I call Sky Mobile I often get Sky TV, when you call do not press buttons or engage with the bot or if you make a comment say "HUMAN" or use the F or R word, the latter being retention, alternatives are Terminate, Leave or again F.

Call in the morning and if you do not get a Scottish sounding person you are wasting your time because only Scottish people seem to actually do what they say they are going to do, even updating the system.  

Record your phone call either way and in the call make sure you say "what is the date today, 22nd Jan so that they correct you to 23rd and then tell them you wish to Cancel and are not interested in any upsells or other offers.
