Missing payment from Commerzbank (Germany) to Santander (UK)

Going back 2 months I transferred an amount from a personal Commerzbank account in Germany to my UK business account with Santander.. Commerzbank say the payment has gone (which it has) but it hasn't landed in my Santander account. Commerzbank say they have tried to reclaim it and Santander haven't replied ( I have asked them many times now EXACTLY how they asked, but they say they 'can't do any more') and Santander deny getting any message, or money. Any idea how to progress it or to find out where the money has actually gone?

In the recent past a transfer from Citibank Dubai to Hsbc UK got lost and I requested a Swift Trace from the payor and the trace revealed that the account details used by Citi were incorrect.

Commerzbank say they have done that and received no reply from Santander, but don't seem willing/able to tell me which SWIFT code they used. Santander say they've not heard anything from them. Neither of them seem what you might loosely call 'bothered' which is a massive frustration.
