Quido terrible

I see there are lots of complaints about quidco i I took up the offer of £25 new sign up bonus EIGHT MONTHS AGO  I did 2 tracked purchases but despite many emails chasing them up all I do is get fobbed off and I havn't had my cashback 

CAN MONEYSAVING EXPERT PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS OR STOP PROMOTING THEM PLEASE

    MSE and Quidco are both part of the same company (Moneysupermarket) so you shouldn't hold your breath  :)
  • Cashback isn't guaranteed. Should be treated as a bonus.

  • Yes, MSE have generally been quite good about saying you should make your purchasing decisions based on the assumption it won't track.

    To me that does send mixed messages "Focus on what's the cheapest deal overall"  to me that implies factor in cashback.

    If you look at the linked guide it's two different points - but the core is that it's not guaranteed and you don't have rights if it doesn't pay out so it's on you to consider the risk before purchase/make an informed decision based on the whole picture. 

    I tend to do topcashback more than quidco, but they're broadly the same in terms of tracking success and giving clear warnings about the lack of guarantee when you're on the site.

    And in my experience, it tracks significantly more often than it doesn't:

    I think the OP is probably complaining about the lack of £25. I didn't get it either.
