Outlook 365 now only shows two months of my GMail Inbox?

I have about half a dozen email accounts set up in Outlook 365 (Windows 10) including my GMail account.

Recently I have noticed that the GMail Inbox is only showing exactly two months of messages. If I look at my GMail account via a web browser or another email client all older messages are visible. My other accounts viewed in Outlook 365 are not affected and show all messages.

In the past I used to manually archive older messages, usually after six months, by copying them elsewhere using Outlook but now I can't see months 3 to 5 to do this.

I've not intentionally changed anything nor can I find the relevant setting!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
