    No, defence is not your only job; you don't just come back with a result.  That's not how it works. This is the early stage.

    You (and we) know what will happen and how it will end, because you have the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread and you know from Umkomaas thread that DCB Legal will discontinue when they see your WS in 6 months or so.

    That's what will happen!  :)

    Hello,

    I’ve received my Notice of Transfer of proceedings today. This made me realise that I did a SAR in January to Secure a Space that they haven’t responded to. Is this worth pursuing?

    For what it's worth, you should initiate a complaint about them to the ICO. It is a breach of data protection law if they have not responded to an SAR within 30 days.

    Just had my Notice of Discontinuance by email, 5 days before their court fees were due to be paid. I am so relieved and pleased! Thank you @Coupon-mad and everyone else who has given their time and advice to help me.

    I was a month or two out when I said this in January:
