Hi,
I recieved this letter a couple of days ago, can somebody please give me some advice. I have read every thread and googled everything to death and if anything I'm even more confused than when I started.
with the letter is forms to fill out and send back or the option to pay creditstyle (CST)
background: went for a curry, paid for 2 hours parking in a carpark, was late getting back to the car and my partner was driving my car, not me.
I plan on sending an email, but I don't know what email and can somebody please give me the email address to send to? I don't want to think I've got it all sorted and then get a letter taking me to court because I've emailed the wrong company!
Do I send the template stating I wasn't the driver? (I wasn't driving but was in the car) Link here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/80421536/#Comment_80421536
or
Do I send the other generic letter? Link here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/64350585/#Comment_64350585
Who am I sending the email to and should I expect a response?
Is there anything else I need to do? I have done nothing at all as yet.
Theres so much information out there its almost too much and I'm totally lost and stressed out.
Thank you!!

Did that come out of the blue or have you received a PCN, and/or reminders? It is a letter before Claim and the NEWBIE sticky is quite clear in the second post to respond robustly. Do not complete any financial forms. Email address for CST Law should be available by searching the forum but I believe they go by xxxxx@creditstyle.co.uk (not on my PC so can't look it up for you). When you read the NEWBIE sticky did you see the bit about trying Plan A. If you were not the driver, do not admit to driving but do check your original PCN to see if is POFA compliant or not.
ETA seems they have ditched their info@creditstyle.co.uk in favour of web-based contact us forms, a common feature these days among parking companies (and other non-parking companies).1 -
To whom do they tell you make payment (reverse side of letter?)?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you are not sure post a redacted copy of your original PCN or have a look at the thread started by @Coupon-mad that details POFA compliant and non-compliant PCNs1
