One Credit Account which is very carefully used.
we’re pleased to offer an increase to your credit limit to £3750.
From 3k current limit.

You've held the account for a while and not borrowed money that you can't repay. This suggests you can be trusted with a larger amount.

It's almost reverse of old school credit card providers, often offering Credit Limit Increases nearer Max Usage point.
