Could try Air Pump Drain Unblocker, use small cup to cover plug and use unblocker in suction mode, this may dislodge stuck plug.

Cover with ice in a bag  and leave for half an hour.
If both bits are really cold there should be a smidgen of give.

You could try a sink plunger over them to get some real suction.

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

When this happened to me I used one of those small suction cups that you used to use to change recessed halogen lights

I would try the shock treatment. Tap repeatedly and gently around the central part with a hammer - if under water, use a screwdriver or some other long stiff item between the hammer and stuck bit. The vibration might just shake it loose or create enough movement to unscrew the centre and then do as the video suggests.
  • This happened to our bidet once. Nothing would move it. We eventually had to drill it to lift it out
  • Thanks all.

Got it out by drilling it.

    Will purchase a better one!
