Terms and Conditions

• To enter, entrants must complete the entry form on the competition page.

• Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.

• Competition closes at 23:59 on 31 January 2024. Any requests after this will not be included in the prize draw.

• The competition prize is for a two night stay and breakfast at The View Hotel for two people in an Economy Double bedroom. 

• The two night stay must be redeemed between 1 February 2024 - 21 June 2024 and is not available to be redeemed during the following blackout date ranges: 29 March - 1 April, 4 - 6 May or 25 - 27 May. Accommodation is subject to availability and dates cannot be transferred.

• The prize will be awarded to the name on the entry form and the prize is non-transferrable.

• The winner will be randomly selected and contacted via the email provided as part of their entry on 1 February 2024.

• The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of their prize by 5 February 2024. Failure to respond by this date will result in forfeiting the prize and another winner being chosen.

• We will do our best to accommodate the winner’s preferred dates to redeem their prize, however all elements of the prize package are subject to availability.

• Travel expenses are at the winner’s own cost.   

• Visa, passport validity and other travel requirements are the winner’s responsibilities.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.

• Winner will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter.

• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. 

• VisitEastbourne‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

• VisitEastbourne shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

• VisitEastbourne also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
