getting in touch with Aldi customer service

I had a bad experience with an Aldi store assistant/manager when I visited my usual local store on the 6th January. The amount of money involved was trivial but I felt the way I was dealt with was appalling. After the weekend I decided to write and complain. Having spent over an hour with web sites and "help" pages I looked wider and found an email address " customer.service@aldi.co.uk " to which I sent my complaint. I received an automated reply and thought that this was my acknowledgement. I checked the email a couple of days later as I had been busy filling in tax forms and found that the auto-reply was actually saying that the email address was no longer in use and that " if you wish to get in touch with our Customer Service team, please visit " https:// customerservice.aldi.co.uk/contact " (I have inserted a gap so that I can post without having the functional link) . I have been trying ever since at various times and with different browsers but keep getting " cannot open Page" "page not available"
I dont know if it is just me but getting in touch with a customer service team these days seems to have become really difficult. The email inks seem to have all disappeared and very often you have to battle with a ChatBot before you can get anywhere.
Has anybody any ideas as I am now determined to get my complaint heard.

I had similar issues a few months back (our local store have randomly decided to ONLY offer self scan after 8pm but didn’t publish this anywhere, so you only find out after loading your full trolley with goods that their self scan tills are unsuitable for due to small scales etc…) and gave up and took my business elsewhere as Aldi only want you to go in store with in store problems, which is fine when your issue is not with the store manager or their decisions.1 -
As above, I'd suggest the Customer Service Team on 0800 042 0800I'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.1

thanks for the advice. As for the spoiler I dont have a clue I must have selected one of the buttons when trying to upload my post. I was struggling as it contained a link as above but because I have not posted much my account is not authorised to post web links and could not get it posted until I got the information and broke the link that i then posted. Thanks agai for the help1

These links only help if you have bought a faulty product. No help with complaints about service/staff0
