Good afternoon I called and was sent details of the POC which is pretty much saying I breached contract as I needed authorisation to park on the premises and I was captured on ANPR entering and leaving the premises. I appealed 14/05/2023,they responded with rejection notice 07/06/2023.1 -
So as part of the defence you can state that it is denied that a parking charge notice was received dated 7/6/2023 and the Particulars of Claim are erroneous.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
