One winner will receive a pair of tickets for the performance of their choice at either, Birmingham Hippodrome (21 February to 2 March), The Lowry, Salford (7 to 9 March), Sunderland Empire (14 to 16 March), Theatre Royal Plymouth (20 to 23 March), Bristol Hippodrome (18 to 20 April) and Sadler’s Wells, London (24 to 27 April), subject to availability. No date or cash alternative. Travel not included.

Not showing in Chrome either. I can see the form to enter contact details, but no box to input the answer to the question.

Sorry all, I didnt enter this comp - I just posted it so didn't realise you were looking for the answer box, I thought you meant the form wasn't showing!

I agree with others, there isn't an answer box but just a form.

I have sent them an email - as the answer box does not show in Firefox or Chrome, and the form won't submit without it.
