I don't think Tesco are at fault and whereas the usual is "I regularly spend £50 a week at Tesco and think they should be more accommodating to a loyal customer or I will take my custom elsewhere" the OP is a very, very occasional customer and Tesco have little or no incentive to offer vouchers.molerat said:I would contact This Is Money, I am sure they would stir it with Tesco and get you vouchers to the value.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
