Just had an email from the Co-op to say that my £50 has been paid into my regular saver account.  It's not there yet but good to know it's on its way.  I wasn't expecting it for another couple of weeks.

Have you already paid in the £250 max into the RS this month? I have a savings account with requisite £25 and subsequently opened the regular saver paying in £250 in both February and March. Just curious where my £50 will end up.
No, I have only funded the regular saver with £25 so there was plenty of space for the £50.

I recall someone queried it with Co-Op earlier in the thread and they were told that if your qualifying savings account is the RS then they will pay the £50 regardless if you have maxed it out for month or not - it doesn't count towards your limit.

Further to my comments yesterday, the Customer Services agent called back today as promised and confirmed the 'REF: SS06' email I received had been sent in error, and that I would receive my £50 by the end of this week. It seems this has only happened in a few cases, so not sure what exactly went wrong. I have accepted the offer of a token payment of £15 compensation for inconvenience to settle my complaint.

Wife and I both got our £50s today. The emails we both had at beginning of Feb said we would have to keep the £25 in Savings Account until 13 March and hey presto they paid the £50 on that date.  Surprised really seeing as normally anything to do with the Coop Bank usually has a delay involved.

Although, despite the £25 having been deposited in her Online Saver since end of Jan, they decided to pay it into the RS that has only been open since 7 March....bit strange but hey ho its the Coop 😅

EDIT:  ah this explains it as hadn't seen (or read maybe) the email this was in

"If you have two open eligible savings accounts at the time of payment and have met the eligibility criteria*, we will pay the savings bonus into your most recently funded account."

Mine got also paid bang on time today, and into my RS, which had already been fully funded for March.

I assume I will get it (assuming they play ball) by end of March for the max 45 days

A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

The terms state that to qualify for the bonus a minimum of £25 needs to be in an eligible account on the 45th day following completion of the switch.
The £50 will then be paid into the eligible account within 60 days following completion of the switch:
