  • Are those two examples exceptions to the norm? Because I've tried each way possible with H&L for the JISA. 

    My SIPP is with ii, and I'm pretty sure you can only purchase ETFs as a whole there too.

    They are exceptions although there may be others.
    The demand to do it is not great, so probably no incentive for most providers to do it.
