Housing costs proof for UC

My wife has a standard identity appointment for UC. She's been gathering the documents she needs but I'm not sure if she has proof of housing costs that they need. 

Looking at the list she doesn't have most documents as bills are in my name. 

I have a car insurance certificate which she is named on, but I'm the policyholder. Will that be ok? Or is there anything else that will do that's not on the list?
The tenancy agreement is in joint names but that's proof for another section on the list.  
There must be other options, for people who rent a room for example, who don't have any of these items. 

Council Tax statement - had but now recycled

Gas bill - not connected to gas

Electricity bill - in husband's name

Water bill - in husband's name

TV licence - in husband's name

Current landline telephone bill - don't have landline

Official letter, for example from a tax or benefit solicitor - don't have any

Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) rent card - don't live there

Land and Property Services Rates documents - don't have

Assuming that you have a linked claim housing evidence in your name will be ok

You could also see if you can download council tax bill (this might mean setting up an online account)
