Court threats with no parking ticket

Hi all,
First off I did my best to go by the forum alone to make my judgements so I'm sorry if this is still a waste of your time here.
But I couldn't help but worry so just want to voice my concern to see if there's anything else I should be doing.

So I supposedly got a parking ticket last year from initial parking for a cat park in Cornwall, which from memory I didn't overstay, it was one of those automated cameras that times you're entry to a carpark but there was traffic in and out and I also spent a period of time waiting to park at the beginning of my entry.

Anyway I never received a parking ticket and the only thing I received was a letter from DRP chasing up and threatening. I raised this with initial parking and tried contacting DRP and they didn't respond. Initial parking said they couldn't do anything now.
So according to advice here I just left it. I then got a letter from credit style over a week ago asking if I was the right contact for the problem which I ignored.
Now I got a letter end of last week stating that if I did not pay £170 to DRP they would take me to court.

I tried following advice on here and I sent them email stating the lack of ticket, response and no opportunity for appeal. Then also asked them to show me the parking ticket for £170 and the contract that the debt has been handed over to DRP.

I'm worried as they said I only have 5 days and the letter seems stronger  than other credit style letters I've seen on the forum. Do you think there's a chance they'd proceed further? My family is in a very difficult situation right now and I appreciate you might not want me posting with information available but if anything I just want piece of mind.

Debt collectors are powerless and can do nothing other than send you poor quality bog-paper. If there is another bog-roll shortage you will be ahead of the game.

The fourth post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES explains all this.

If you get a letter of/before claim or a court claim then come back to this thread.

Obviously ignore DR Plus and CST Law (same firm group).   No threads needed. That letter is just another DR Plus threatogram to ignore.

See the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.  It gives you peace of mind. This letter is nothing.

Have you considered why that might be?  Check that your V5C (logbook) has your current address on it.

Important you check (not guess), because if it's not up to date, there's a £1,000 fine from the DVLA potentially waiting in the wings. Can be updated online.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Thank you, I knew CST law were bad but didn't realise they were the same firm group. I'd seen other people complain to MP and to the landowners, is it worth doing that?

Yeh there was a DVLA error it's updated now but I never registered it under my old address, I bought the car years after I moved and my v5c was updated. The old address keep letters for me as we are friends but I never got the parking fine still, might have been misplaced. I actually had a parking fine that went through to lawyers from the Gatwick airport and when I told them about the DVLA error they let me pay the price of carpark that I stayed for.

Sorry for the trouble guys. I had read a lot I just wasn't 100% and was giving me a lot of anxiety
