Healthy start eligibility when on Universal credit

Hi. Does anyone know if you have to have a child under 4 AND earning £408 or less. or can you just have a child under 4 to be eligible for healthy start vouchers when on universal credit?. I'm working and getting Universal credit and my child is 1 years old. Thanks
