I got the order confirmation, I ordered 10 items and this was on the confirmation, today I received just 2 items and the note inside said my card had been charged at this price too. it syas to allow 2 weeks for delivery, I've not received anything to say the other stuff is not coming yet, it does say to allow 2 weeks. Seems a bit disorganised IMO. i really needed the PJ's I ordered for DD so I hope they come over the next few days.

Next are just as bad, loads of the bits that have come are maternity and that sure wasn't stated on the item when i bought it!!

They cancelled my order last night even though it had been ordered and confirmed two days earlier on Boxing Day. Not impressed - I won't be ordering sale stuff online again.

Debenhams are terrible with their on-line sales. Most of the time they cancel orders and do not even tell you. I will not even look at their fantasy website now, it saves disappointment.

I am with Dazco on this one - they even sent me a dispatched e-mail for my stuff then wrote to me a fortnight later to say that my stuff was out of stock! Still showing as in stock on their website at that point in time.

This is the first time I have ordered from Debenhams. I have to admit that I am quite annoyed as I sent some stuff back to Next because the Debenhams stuff was 'coming'. Doh!! We'll see then I guess. I won't be holding my breath though.

Very pleased.
By the way can the code for triple nectar points be shared on the code board? Do you think it will work for others?

I have found Debenhams to be a bit hit and miss online. Sometimes, I have got what I order other times not! It is very disappointing to order something have it confirmed, then be told a couple of days later it is out of stock but to be able to still order it online (there was an item in the summer that I ordered at different times and in different quantities and only got 1!

well....fingers crossed.saved over £33 with the PHLP CODE and went through quidco...(another 4%)really glad with half price sabatier knife block set £50 down from £100 and then another 20% off....!!!.treated myself also with 2 john rocha leather bags also in sale.i hope i get them...........xxx

Never shopped through or at Debenhams and having 60,00+ nectar points am after a digital camera.

Are you able to pay for sale item purchases online with nectar points, or is there a reserve and collect from store option?

Could I also use the 20% discount code too?
