This started happening to me as I finished my shop at about 9 o'clock this morning. I think it's items that are already in someone else's basket but haven't been bought yet.

There are some great bargains on the site but I was in the kids section - expecially if you have a newborn baby as there are loads with a really good discount. The code only gave me 10% off and I got free delivery and quidco but something is better than nothing I guess. I was getting the same message, I had stuff in my basket and when i came to checkout they had gone and I had to remove them.

I had reserved a Tefal steamer and Tefal steam generator iron, and both were showing in my basket.

I had got to the checkout screen and it had even accepted my discount code, but I had to go offline for half an hour and when I went back on, the iron had disappeared out of my basket, and I had 2 steamers :mad:

Tried again this morning, and got my steam generator iron for £50 and the Tefal steamer for £12.50, then used the discount code and got a further 20% off :j

Despite getting an order confirmation with both items on it, today I have received notification from Debenhams that they have cancelled my iron from the order and will be just shipping the steamer :mad: .

I have told them to cancel the order in full, and I won't be ordering from them again :mad:

Anyone else having problems ?
