Judgement for Claimant in default letter

Apologies all - I've received a letter titled the above. its from a private parking firm (shops) around 3 years ago. I did dispute it due to disability but then reached letters from DCBL which I did ignore. I have not received a claim form as I would not have ignored that. Do I Just pay up £315 now.

If you did not receive the claim form you can apply to set aside the CCJ as long as you 'act promptly' now you have found out.  And if you have grounds to defend the PCN as unfair, which you will do due to your disability

See the 6 example links in the CCJ set aside section of the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.  That section explains how to apply quickly to hopefully persuade a Judge at your local court to set it aside.

Ring up the CNBC at Northampton in Monday and ask for a copy of the POC to be emailed to you.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
