Text message but no letter CDER group.

Hi
I have an ongoing problem where I get text messages from CDER group stating.

15 Nov 2023
"You have an outstanding account. Pay now using https://customer.cdergroup.co.uk/portal/paylink/ or contact CDER URGENTLY on 0330 460 5295, Ref [numbers].
"

I sent them an email after the first text.

Do you have a question about a parking issue?

Have you lost a court case involving an alleged parking event and/or have a CCJ?
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

You need to find out exactly why CDER want money from you.
It appears that to date they have not managed to explain themselves.

On another thread you mention how you asked for an explanation back in November.
    What was their response?

And just out of interest... why do you think this CDER predicament is anything to do with parking?
In other words, what led you to post this query on the Parking Board?

I did ask for further information and the reply wasn't helpful. So not sure what to do really.

I gather by Keith's last point that I should post this somewhere else. Can I get help to move the discussion thread to the right location/area?

According to that link posted by @Mark_d they do not collect Parking Charge Notices but do collect Penalty Charge Notices, therefore this could be a council parking issue, council tax or other issues to do with council, housing benefit or rent arrears. Before moving it to another sub-forum you need to find out what it is all about.

That wasn't my suggestion at all.
I simply asked why you thought this CDER issue was anything to do with parking.
Again... why do you think that this is anything to do with parking?
  • Hi

I finally got a response from cder that it relates to TfL charges on 28th June 2023. I have come to review my auto pay account which I setup as of October and there are charges for another car being added to my account. Similar plates and the system seems to be messing up with adding the charges for Ulez / CC to my account. I assume that this issue has happened for previous periods.
