All you have to do is carefully watch the advert and look for countries that are hidden in the clouds.
To be in with a chance of winning, you will be asked to name all three countries and at what time frame they appear in our advert. Then complete the entry form, providing your name, address, contact number and email address, and submit it before the competition deadline of 27th February 2024 at 5pm.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

· The winner will receive a cruise for two on board Balmoral’s 82-night L2502 ‘Idyllic Islands and Captivating Cultures of Asia’ cruise, departing from Southampton on 18th January 2025, staying in a D grade ocean view cabin.

· The prize is for two adults.

· The prize is on a cruise only basis (drinks not included) and does not include transport to the port.

· The winner and their guest will receive full board status, including buffet and a la carte breakfasts and lunches, as well as sumptuous five-course a la carte or buffet dinners.

· The prize does not include any additional expenses such as parking at port.

· The prize does not include travel insurance. The winner will be responsible for sourcing their own cruise specific travel insurance, including cancellation or curtailment cover for Covid-19, plus cover for any medical, repatriation and expenses costs as a result of a Covid diagnosis or illness during the cruise, without which they will be unable to board.

· The winner must have a full and valid passport, with at least six months’ validity from the last day of the cruise.

· This promotional competition is not for resale, is non-refundable and non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. No cash/credit refunds can be given under any circumstances and this prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

· If Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is required to cancel this cruise for any reason, a suitably alternative cruise will be offered.

· The winner will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer.

Thank you for posting - It certainly looks like the gratuities are to be paid for by the winner directly and do not form part of the prize.

it states that 'gratuities' can not be removed which means that it is a misrepresented service charge of £410 each for the cruise.

I think I may have another of the countries but will wait for the clues to confirm.

I EMAILED THE PR TEAM AT FRED OLSEN RE THE GRATUITIES & THEY HAVE NOW REMOVED THEM!!!

I suspect they will use Asian countries as that is the destination of the prize (don't forget your tin hat as the cruise passes through Suez & Red Sea each way!)

I was also considering Thailand @ 1:05 but I think I'll wait for the clue.
