Is The AA the only company that have additional garage and parts cover?

We have a 2003 Peugeot Boxer 3.5 ton van. We currently have The AA membership with added on garage and parts cover. I'm struggling to find any other breakdown service that will provide GAPC for a van and of this age. Is there one? TIA.
