Student loan, household income questions

Options
Hello,
On the student loan website it asks for your household income and states that this is is your 'taxable income'.  I have received a severance payment when I left employment this year so should I declare just the amount (not much) above the £30,000 tax free limit or the whole amount? There is no mention of such circumstances o their website
I also took an UFPLS (uncrystalized funds pension lump sum) - does this need to be counted as household income too (25% was tax free)
Many thanks for advice.
