Etsy Scam
Hoping someone can offer some advise. Me and my wife have been scammed via the Etsy app whilst trying to set up as a seller. Does anyone know if Etsy have to take any responsibility seeing as the hackers are clearly 'in their system' getting email details etc.?
The bank are happy to not get involved because the payment was verified.

You have to input you email details to open an Etsy account but you dont pay any money. What website were you on to get scammed?1

You'll probably have to share more about how you were scammed to get any real advice.
If you're with one of the major high street banks, they're more likely to pay you back if you've been scammed, but you may have to push them.1 -
