Creation Credit via Currys

I applied for Your Plan know Curry's website. I received a congratulatory email from Creation welcoming me to the account. Once I registered I was given £2,500 credit which I could purchase goods from Curry's. I went into my store tried to purchase ipad air for £628 on a 9 month plan. ( not interested in paying more so want to pay off within 9 months interest free). The assistant put all my details into the store's system. It took an age then a message came up saying I had to wait 24 hours for an answer. The assistant told me I should get a text message after 24 hours. Didn't receive an email. When I try to log into my Your Plan account on Curry's website, it states there is no account. But when I log into my account on the www it works. Does this mean I don't really have the credit, after all? What's the point of sending emails, when you can be potentially rejected at the point of purchase? Should I go back to Currys?have a good credit score. Feeling a bit frustrated and confused.  Strangley, today I received another welcome email from Creation with the same account number! Any advice happily accepted.

Not sure what you're saying here.

The Curry's website IS on the www.

If you're saying you're having trouble accessing your account, then Creation are the people to ask.

World Wide Web ie. Internet . I'm just wondering that if you receive a welcoming email from Creation does it automatically mean you have the credit or do they do even more checks when you try to actually purchase an item with the crefit.

I had similar problems as you in the last year, it quite confusing I think whenever you try to make purchase they do another credit check( soft) either to accept of decline which I think it odd and sometimes the website try to perform another hard search thinking you do not have a credit account already
