iPhone 13, iCloud, Manage Storage Account

I’ve recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 and was checking under Photos to make sure that they are not saved to iCloud and found that to be correct.  I then checked the iCloud area of the phone and although it too had Photos turned off, when I clicked on Manage Storage Account, it showed an amount of 123.8MB as saved on the iCloud.  Can anyone clarify what this could be for, as I have only ever saved my photos to phone (on previous phone too)?

iPhones back up data such as contacts, emails, application settings etc. 123.8Mb is not very much so unlikely to be photos, just the other data it is storing.

Thank you 400ixl.  Before I transferred over WhatsApp Chats from old phone to new, I backed up in iCloud with the intention of deleting the WhatsApp Chat from iCloud once transferred over.  However, having checked online how to do this, various sites appear to give various ways of doing this (including Apple discussions), and some say it will delete the WhatsApp chats on your phone and other say it won't.  Are you able to confirm the best way in which to do this, please, and whether it will delete the chats from phone as well as iCloud back up?

123Mb really is tiny. WhatsApp chats are likely to be much more than this unless you rarely use it or only have a few messages stored. As a contribution to the 5Gb free storage limit, it isn't worth worrying about.
