Sainsbury's Charlton Riverside - how to find the landowner (to get the PCN cancelled)

The RK has received a parking charge from Euro Car Park for "overstaying" a match-day 90-mins which was not displayed on their fancy electronic entrance sign (had a 4-hour limit on). An appeal has been submitted based on advice from other group (no driver named, etc.). However, the intention is still to get it cancelled rather than pursuing the appeal routes, which there is always a chance of failure (even Euro Car Park is fully in the wrong for not aligning the calendar of the electronic signs with the ANPR properly). Not keen on being chased by Euro Car Parks or their lawyers!
How to find out who are management agent of the land, as the Sainsbury's branch manager has responded that they are not the landowner/management.
Some hard googling had been done but as there is a mirage of landowners around the area, it has proved to be quite difficult.

With very little 'hard googling' the totem sign at the entrance tells us...[click on that image - it's a link to GSV]

People drive past that every day... landowners agents are almost always stated at the entrance.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
