Help Please

Ive just tried to access my virgin emails but it keeps saying Error your session has timed out,and i havent even been in it yet and im not on dial up.Does anyone know what this means and how to sort it.I have checked their status page but there is no work being done in my area.

    Its ok i managed to get it fixed myself.
  • Try this;

    Open internet explorer, go to tools | internet Options
    Click Settings in the Browsing History section of the General Tab, and make sure that Automatically in the check for newer versions... section is checked

    If you can find where the virgin cookies in your browser, you might want to delete them too
