Unlikely that the Financial Conduct Authority would be interested either tbh, but OP does have the option of escalating a complaint to FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service) if Barclays haven't dealt with it adequately.3 -

Whether they’re legitimate or not Barclays is known not to like deposits from certain sources e.g., those related to crypto.0
