Issue with AJ Bell Cash Savings Hub

I took out a fixed duration savings account via AJ Bell very early last year which has now matured. However it has gone a few days past the 'up to 4 days' after which they say the money plus interest should have been returned to my transaction account. AJB say they've raised an issue with Raisin their partner but I'm a little frustrated they don't seem to be more on it in terms of returning the money!
Has anyone else had this happen? Did you find ways to expedite the process of having your money returned??
Thanks.

First I would be asking for compensation for lost interest.
Would only be a few pounds but how much would it cost them to sort it out.0
