Identify the style of this door handle?

I'm looking to fit a bathroom Thumbturn type lock in the same style as the existing door handle. To help me search for one that matches, can anyone tell me if the door handle is of a particular style e.g. Regency?

Wow, thank you. That does look like the exact one.

I can't see a matching thumbturn on that site and frustratingly their contact form doesn't work for me in Chrome or Edge, so I can't query it with them.

Ah yes. Thanks again. Apparently it's called "Jedo Piazza Mortice Door Knobs on Square Rose". Now looking to see if they sell a matching thumbturn.

Edit: no, even the Jedo thumbturns don't really match. Still, I have found this one elsewhere that looks likely (or maybe the 'Atlantis' further down the page:
