Hi All, a bit of an update!I recovered this letter today. I assume this means QDR solicitors have 7 days from date of the letter to send in their directions questionnaire. After which the case is dropped? Fingers crossed for me

They have 7 days from "service" of the letter. The letter was "served" on Wednesday 10th April (5 days after the date of the letter). So, they have until 4pm on Wednesday 17th April to submit their N180 DQ.1

How will I know if they have or haven’t?0

Only by asking the CNBC or being informed by the CCBC in due course that the case has been transferred to a hearing court.Bellatrix42 said:How will I know if they have or haven’t?0 -

Hi all @KeithP @Coupon-mad @nopc
its been almost 10 months since I last needed to post on the forum. Last March I submitted my DQ and then we waited to see if the claimant submitted theirs by the April deadline. I’ve heard nothing since that last letter until today! I randomly received this in the post which implies it’s been past to my local courts. Can they do this after all this time? I assumed as I’d not heard anything for so long the claimant missed their deadline and it was dropped?

Hi all, so I have a court date of 4th July. I have to submit witness statements this Friday (latest) which I will do. Any pearls of wisdom? I also had another threatening letter from the solicitors last week encouraging me to contact them to resolve outside of court...anyone else had this?1
