Boots internal checks

Hi, has anyone successfully managed to place an order on boots.com after repeatedly receiving the message about failing the internal checks? I have been trying for a while now, I have tried waiting 72hrs as they have advised me then ordering different items, I have also cleared cache etc and tried different browsers. I think the problem is because I am trying to pay with advantage card points ( I am trying to spend £25, I have around £80 worth of points). I can spend the points on in store. As usual customer service doesn't help, they just say keep trying but I've begun to realise that is now a wast if time. Do you think it may be that my account is blocked ( I did post a negative review on a product, don't know if that has anything to do with it). Anyone have any advice on what to do now? They have said I can go into store to order but I want to be able to order online in future?
